La Destileria is a Craft Micro Distillery in the rain forest of Jayuya, Puerto Rico, USA. Drawing from purity and craftsmanship of this old town that has ancestral roots to the Taino Indians (pre-Columbian descendants of the Arawak who lived here in Jayuya), we are crafting high quality spirits based on culture, influence, and inspiration of Latin America for the world to enjoy.
As the first Certified Craft Distillery in the Island, we are proud to have won over 14 Medals for our spirits. As we expand, barrel , and innovate our team drives to redefine the rum and spirit production Puerto Rico is known for.
