La Destilería is a craft micro distillery nestled in the lush rainforest of Jayuya, Puerto Rico. Drawing from the purity and craftsmanship of this historic town with ancestral roots to the Taíno Indians, we craft exceptional spirits inspired by Latin American culture.
As the first Certified Craft Distillery on the island, we've earned over 14 international medals for our spirits. Our master distillers combine traditional techniques with innovative approaches to redefine premium rum production.
